A one off special lightweight aluminium bonnet for a Jaguar E-Type built from scratch. Our client needed it to be both lightweight but with some custom variations from the orginal bonnet.

These floor pans and valances for this Jaguar SS100 were quite awkward to fabricate. Two specially made presses were needed to stamp out the patterns in the front and rear pans. The front valance and engine side valances were constructed in the normal way.

Nickel Plated Brass Screen Surround for a Jaguar D-Type

An fiddly job that turned out looking really good in the end. Great care was needed during the build, nickeling and polishing processes due to it’s delicate construction…

We handmade this entire screen surround in brass and after numerous fittings it was nickel plated then fitted for the final time to the car.
